In 2018 award-winning social enterprise Think2Speak CIC invited us to reimagine their brand identity to reflect their growth into one of the East Midlands premier youth work organisations.
Think2Speak wanted to move away from their original branding in order to create a more mature feel that reflected their exponential growth. Founder & CEO, Lizzie Jordan, wanted to create something bright, modern and clean that would resonate more with their target demographics.
We began by reviewing the organisation's existing brand assets and working in consultation with Lizzie, and other key stakeholders. We quickly established that the new branding needed to emphasise the organisation's professionalism while still remaining accessible as the business works with parents and schools, and young people.
For young people especially the branding needed to become a symbol of trust that epitomised the organisation's mission to "empower people to be confident communicators".
Once the final logo option was selected we tested a variety of colour palettes - pastels, bold, bright and citrus - and created a hybrid pallete that gave options for a variety of uses.
The new branding had to work in a variety of settings from presentation materials to business stationery and beyond. Ultimately the new branding gave Think2Speak a versatile look that has a contemporary modern feel with a timeless appeal.
